The invention constructs a mixed bacteria multicellular catalytic system by constructing genetically engineered bacteria of Pseudomonas halleri , and as a biocatalyst to oxidize 5‑hydroxymethylfurfural to prepare 2,5‑furandicarboxylic acid. The advantages of the present invention are: (1) For the first time, FDCA is synthesized by a one-pot method using a mixed-bacteria multi-cellular catalytic system. (2) The FDCA synthesis process of the present invention is simple and controllable, and the three-step continuous oxidation reaction is carried out in the same system, the reaction system is simple, the reaction conditions are mild, no expensive cofactors are needed, and intermediate oxidation products are not accumulated. High yield and yield, with industrial application potential.
