abstract | The invention discloses an edge-sealing reaction type moisture-curing polyurethane hot-melt adhesive for furniture and a preparation method thereof. Polyester polyol, polyether polyol, EVA resin, polyisocyanate, high molecular weight copolyester and chain extender are prepared ; After the polyether polyol is melted and dehydrated, the temperature is lowered to 110°C; polyisocyanate is added, and the polyether prepolymer is obtained by reacting under nitrogen protection; the polyester polyol, high molecular weight copolyester and EVA resin are melted and dehydrated and then cooled to 130°C ℃; add polyisocyanate, react under nitrogen protection for 3h, add chain extender and react for 0.5h; add polyether prepolymer, and then vacuum defoaming to obtain reactive moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt adhesive. The polyurethane hot-melt adhesive of the present invention not only has good initial tack strength, but also has excellent moisture and heat resistance, and has good adhesion to different substrates. |
