The invention discloses an injectable temperature-sensitive composite hydrogel containing adipose mesenchymal stem cells, a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the fields of biomedical materials and tissue engineering. The invention includes: modifying chitin to prepare hydroxypropyl chitin, then compounding collagen and sodium hyaluronate to construct an injectable temperature-sensitive compound hydrogel, loading New Zealand rabbit adipose mesenchymal stem cells and Beijing Nipin, and finally formed an injectable thermosensitive composite hydrogel containing adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells in situ at physiological temperature. The hydrogel prepared by the invention has a three-dimensional porous structure, which is conducive to the transfer of nutrients and metabolic wastes, provides an excellent microenvironment for the growth of cells, is not only conducive to maintaining the survival and biological activity of adipose mesenchymal stem cells, but also promotes Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells differentiate into cartilage tissue and have high mechanical strength, so they can be widely used in the field of cartilage tissue engineering. |
