abstract | The invention discloses an electrode-supported solid oxide fuel cell and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of fuel cells. The fuel cell includes a porous ceramic support body prepared by a phase inversion method; the preparation raw material of the porous ceramic support body includes a Y 2 O 3 -ZrO 2 mixture containing 3-5 mol% of Y 2 O 3 ; the porous ceramic support body is impregnated with electrode material. By using a Y 2 O 3 -ZrO 2 mixture containing 3-5 mol % of Y 2 O 3 as the main raw material for the preparation of the porous ceramic support, combined with an impregnated electrode, the electronically conductive phase and 8 mol % of the electronically conductive phase used in the prior art were replaced. The method for preparing a support frame from a Y 2 O 3 -ZrO 2 mixture of Y 2 O 3 can effectively improve the overall fracture strength of the support prepared by the phase inversion method and the fuel cell containing the support. The preparation method of the fuel cell is simple and easy to operate, and is suitable for industrial production. |
