abstract | A variable load control and optimization method for an air separation liquefaction device comprises the following steps: 1) establishing a flow model according to the field flow of the air separation device; 2) determining parameters of each device in the process model by using the field working condition of the air separation device; 3) an equivalent heat exchange network replacing multi-strand heat exchanger model is established by a SW superstructure modeling method; 4) establishing an economic optimization proposition based on the flexibility of equipment operation and the production condition of the device; 5) writing boundary conditions related to key operation variables of the space division device; 6) taking the simulation data of the air separation device as a sample set, and establishing a proxy model of key operation variables by a CAD method; 7) and solving the optimization proposition. The invention provides a variable load control and optimization method for an air separation device, which has the advantages of simple implementation process, convenience in operation and better economic value. |
