abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing galactomannan from fenugreek. The method firstly peels the fenugreek and Juli bean, then adds water for conditioning, mixing, and crushing; then enters a sand mill for sand grinding; adds water, mixes evenly to prepare an aqueous solution, and then adds mannanase and galactosidase , hydrolyzed to prepare an enzymatic hydrolysis solution; finally, the enzymatic hydrolysis solution is inactivated, cooled to room temperature, filtered, decolorized and concentrated to obtain syrup, which is vacuum dried to obtain galactomannan. The present invention uses fenugreek and fenugreek as extraction raw materials to prepare galactomannan, and compared with the galactomannan obtained by using fenugreek alone, the solubility is better and the viscosity is higher, and mannanase and galactosidase are used. Micro-fermentation, part of the galactomannan is decomposed into mannose oligosaccharide, which makes the prepared galactomannan more easily absorbed and utilized by the human body. |
