The invention discloses an antibacterial agent which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of itraconazole, 20-30 parts of cream matrix, 1-6 parts of emulsifier, 0.3-1 part of antioxidant, 2-8 parts of glycerol, 10-15 parts of purified water and 0.8-3.2 parts of menthol. The itraconazole antifungal cream medicament contains the antioxidant, can inhibit cream oxidation, and therefore, has better viscosity and can be attached to the surface of skin for a longer time. The cream prepared by the preparation method of the itraconazole antifungal cream medicament has better fineness, and the itraconazole serving as the medicinal component and other auxiliary materials are better and uniformly mixed. |
