abstract |
A light-emitting diode structure includes a substrate, a frame, a light-emitting diode chip and a light-transmitting layer. The frame body is located on the base plate and forms a concave portion together with the base plate, and the frame body has a light reflectivity of 20% to 40%. The light emitting diode chip is located on the substrate within the recess. The light-transmitting layer is filled into the concave portion to cover the light-emitting diode chip, wherein the light-emitting intensity of the side surface of the light-emitting diode chip is greater than that of the top surface of the light-emitting diode chip. The light-emitting diode structure of the present case can further expand the light-emitting angle. |
