titleOfInvention Overvoltage automatic short-circuit protection capacitor
abstract The invention relates to an overvoltage automatic short-circuit protection capacitor, which is characterized by comprising a winding body formed by winding a cathode foil, an electrolytic paper and an anode foil with an oxide film dielectric formed on the surface in sequence, wherein the winding body is internally provided with a conductive polymer layer and a working electrolyte for soaking the winding body with the conductive polymer layer; the electrolytic paper is positioned between the cathode foil and the anode foil; the electrolytic paper comprises the following materials in percentage by weight: 40-70% of wood pulp, 25-55% of reinforcing fiber and 1-5% of nano regenerated fiber; the nanometer regenerated fiber is cellulose acetate nanofiber and/or nanometer cuprammonium fiber, the diameter of the fiber is 50-600 nm, and the length-diameter ratio is larger than 2. The capacitor has an automatic short-circuit protection function under overpressure, and can prevent the explosion-proof valve at the bottom from being exploded.
