titleOfInvention | pSOY19-ZM1 vector, its preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of transgenic soybeans, and discloses a pSOY19-ZM1 vector, which is formed by connecting a green tissue-specific promoter PGmSRS4 and a pSOY19 vector from which the 35S promoter has been removed; a preparation method of the vector is also disclosed; carrier application. The vector of the present invention utilizes the soybean green tissue specific promoter to initiate the expression of the herbicide-resistant gene G10-EPSPS gene, so that the herbicide-resistant protein is expressed in green tissues such as soybean leaves, and low or zero in seeds, so as to reduce the expression of the herbicide-resistant protein. This alleviates the public's concerns about the safety of genetically modified soybeans, improves the public's acceptance of genetically modified soybeans, and at the same time improves the herbicide resistance of soybeans and increases the yield of soybeans. GM crops with reduced glyphosate resistance open up a more direct and efficient path. |
