abstract | The invention relates to an aromatic isopentenyl transferase mutant, a construction method of a recombinant bacterium for expression of the mutant and the recombinant bacterium constructed by the mutant. Specifically, the amino acid sequence of the mutant aromatic prenyltransferase of the present invention has one or more of the following mutations relative to the amino acid sequence shown by SEQ ID No. 28: i) substitution of Q at position 161 of the sequence SEQ ID No.28 with A, N, S or V: ii) G at position 286 of the sequence SEQ ID No.28 is replaced with N, S or V: iii) Y at position 288 of the sequence SEQ ID No.28 is replaced by A, N, S or V. The recombinant bacteria constructed by the invention have strong potential for industrial production of cannabigerol acid and derivatives thereof by efficiently expressing the aromatic prenyltransferase mutant. |
