The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition capable of producing a cured product having constant workability, pencil hardness, and scratch resistance, a cured product and a laminate containing the composition, hardening method. The solution provided by the present invention is an active energy ray-curable resin composition, comprising: a (meth)acrylic copolymer (A), a multifunctional (meth)acrylate having at least three (meth)acryloyl groups (B) and the metal compound (C), wherein the (meth)acrylic copolymer (A) is a radical polymer (a1) and α containing a monomer component of an epoxy group-containing mono(meth)acrylate , the reaction product of β-unsaturated carboxylic acid (a2), and the hydroxyl concentration is more than 2mmol/g, and the (meth)acrylic acid equivalent is less than 400g/eq. |
