abstract | The invention relates to shape memory elastomer technology, and aims to provide a polymer elastomer based on crystal phase transition and a method for regulating shape memory behavior thereof. The polymer elastomer is prepared by chemical crosslinking of polymorphic polybutene-1 with crystal form I and crystal form II, wherein the melting point of crystal form I is 122-129° C., and the melting point of crystal form II is 102 ~108°C; the polymer elastomer can produce crystal transformation and melting point changes with different ambient temperature and annealing time, so as to realize the regulation of its shape memory behavior. The invention is based on the spontaneous crystal transformation of the polymorphic polymer, without the participation of external reagents, and realizes the continuous regulation of the melting point and shape memory behavior of the elastomer. The thermal history can be completely eliminated above the melting point of both crystal forms, enabling recycling and reprogramming. The preparation process is simple, which is favorable for large-scale preparation. |
