The invention discloses a multifunctional double physical cross-linked hydrogel, its preparation method and application. The hydrogel has a dual physical crosslink (DPC) structure with hydrophobic association (HA) crosslinks and ion coordination (IC) crosslinks. The hydrogel was able to maintain its complete shape after being subjected to five consecutive cyclic stretches with different strains (50%-250%) or five consecutive cyclic stretches with the same strain (200%). The recovery rate of volume and toughness exceeds 100%, and it has ultra-high tensile elongation at break, fatigue resistance, rapid self-recovery at room temperature and SIS effect similar to muscle. The HA/IC DPC hydrogel prepared by the invention has long service life, simple preparation process, low raw material cost, is beneficial to industrial production, and has good application prospects in the field of biomedicine. |
