abstract The invention discloses a volatile organic compound purification device and a volatile organic compound purification method, wherein the volatile organic compound purification device comprises a spray chamber, an absorption tower, a liquid-phase oxidation tower and a centrifugal fan, wherein the spray chamber is connected to the absorption tower, the absorption tower is connected to the centrifugal fan, and the centrifugal fan is connected to the liquid-phase oxidation tower; removing floating dust and particulate matters from the waste gas containing the volatile organic compounds by a spray chamber; waste gas from an outlet of the spray chamber enters from the bottom of the absorption tower, and passes through filler gaps of the first filler layer and the second filler layer in sequence to flow upwards in a countercurrent mode, and spray absorption liquid descends from the spray tower along the filler surfaces of the first filler layer and the second filler layer to absorb volatile organic compounds attached to the filler surfaces; the waste gas enters a liquid phase oxidation tower, and volatile organic compounds are adsorbed by the filled dispersed phase active particles and then are discharged from an outlet of the liquid phase oxidation tower; in general, the equipment provided by the invention is reliable in operation, and volatile organic compounds in waste gas can be effectively removed by adopting multi-stage purification combining a spray chamber, an absorption tower and a liquid phase oxidation tower.
