titleOfInvention A kind of microneedle carrying diphtheria toxin for scar repair and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a diphtheria toxin-loaded microneedle for scar repair and a preparation method thereof. The microneedle is a diphtheria toxin-loaded hydrogel microneedle; the microneedle is made of a hydrogel precursor solution mixed with diphtheria toxin. It is prepared by curing in the microneedle template; the hydrogel precursor is selected from chitosan, gelatin, silk fibroin, hyaluronic acid, sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl methacrylate One or more of acrylate-based gelatin, polyethylene glycol diacrylate, polylactic acid, polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and polydopamine. The invention has the advantages of strong permeability, simple operation, and reduced administration frequency.
