titleOfInvention | Application of polygala saponin unit alone or in combination with hydroxysafflor yellow A in the preparation of drugs for improving cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke |
abstract | The invention relates to the application of polygala saponin unit alone or in combination with hydroxysafflor yellow A in the preparation of a medicament for improving cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke. Specifically, through animal experiments, it was found that polysaccharide saponins alone or in combination with hydroxysafflor yellow A can significantly increase the movement distance and the number of crossing the central area in the open field test of MCAO rats, increase the proportion of fast exercise time, reduce the proportion of rest time, and increase MCAO. The time of entering the dark box in the passive avoidance experiment of rats increased the expression of P-JAK2/JAK2, P-STAT3/STAT3 ratio and SOCS3 in the brain tissue of MCAO rats. The invention provides a new medicine for the prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment after ischemic stroke. |
