The invention belongs to the field of biomarkers, and in particular relates to the screening and application of a biomarker related to an AD cell model induced and constructed by Aβ. The biomarkers include one or a combination of the following: Cysteine desulfurase, mitochondrial, encoding NFS1; NADH dehydrogenase[ubiquinone]1 alpha subcomplex subunit 9, mitochondrial, encoding NDUFA9; 3‑hydroxyacyl‑CoA dehydrogenase type‑2, Coding HSD17B10; Cytochrome c oxidase subunit NDUFA4, coding NDUFA4; NADH‑ubiquinone oxidoreductase 75 kDa subunit, mitochondrial, coding NDUFS1; Succinate dehydrogenase[ubiquinone]iron‑sulfur subunit, mitochondrial, coding SDHB; NADH dehydrogenase[ubiquinone]iron‑sulfur protein 4 , mitochondrial, encoding NDUFS4; Lipoprotein lipase, encoding LPL; NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone]1 alpha subcomplex subunit 5, encoding NDUFA5. The present invention adopts the method of proteomics to discover a group of biomarkers in the AD cell model induced by Aβ, and finds that these biomarkers cooperate with each other in the AD cell model induced by Aβ, and play an important role together. The invention enriches the method for detecting the AD cell model induced and constructed by Aβ, and provides a new target for clinical research. |
