abstract | The invention discloses a method for detecting hydrogen peroxide and lactic acid based on a colorimetric principle and an application thereof. In the present invention, gold nanoparticles protected by polyaniline derivatives are prepared as raw materials with chloroauric acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone and N-(3-mimidyl)-aniline, and then further reacted with p-mercaptophenol to obtain p-mercaptophenol gold nanoparticles . In the present invention, it is found through experiments that horseradish peroxidase is used to catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to generate hydroxyl radicals, which can cause cross-linking and polymerization of phenol, which can effectively promote the aggregation of mercaptophenol gold nanoparticles prepared in the present invention. And cause the change of solution color, this change is closely related to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, therefore, utilize p-mercaptophenol gold nano-particle of the present invention to be used for detecting hydrogen peroxide, or be used for detecting in enzyme catalyzed metabolic process.
