titleOfInvention A PDX model cell of human skin leukemia and its application
abstract The present invention provides a PDX model cell of human skin leukemia and its application. The name of the cell is LCutisSK-PDX cell, and the deposit number is CCTCC NO: C202165. The invention establishes a skin leukemia PDX model cell which can be stably passaged, the cytogenetic change is consistent with that of the patient, and can be stably colonized in the skin. Intravenous injection or subcutaneous injection of the cells can cause skin leukemia in model mice, which is manifested as multiple skin masses, accompanied by infiltration of leukemia cells in organs such as bone marrow and spleen. Using the PDX mouse tumor tissue, in vitro compound screening can be performed to obtain sensitive compounds for skin leukemia. This cell model provides an important preclinical research model for studying the pathogenesis of human skin leukemia and screening new targets and small molecule drugs, and has a good promotion and application value.
