Luminescent material, method of inkjet printing thin film optical device and application thereof |
abstract |
The present invention provides a luminescent material capable of in-situ toning by inkjet printing. The luminescent material comprises a Lewis acid and a Lewis base paired with the Lewis acid to generate fluorescence emission; the Lewis acid contains a boron atom or a high-valence Metal atoms; Lewis acids and Lewis bases that generate pairs can produce different colors under the excitation of light of different wavelengths, and the luminescent color changes with the proportioning concentration. The invention also provides a method for preparing a thin film that realizes patterning and in-situ adjustable luminescence color, which can control the luminescence spectrum in a wide range without changing the type of raw materials in the ink, so as to solve the problem of full-color inkjet printing in conventional inkjet printing. The problem that the pattern needs to be pre-configured with inks of different colors can realize the preparation of low-cost, large-area, arrayed, full-spectrum information encryption and anti-counterfeiting films, or meet the requirements of electroluminescence. |
