abstract | The invention discloses a high-strength color rubber pavement material, which comprises 100 portions of 120 portions of rubber powder and 10 to 12 portions of colorant; the preparation method of the color rubber pavement material comprises the following steps: pretreating rubber powder; putting the modified rubber powder and the colorant into a mixer to mix for 0.5h to obtain the color rubber pavement material, wherein the mixing temperature of the mixer is 160-180 ℃; adding the color rubber pavement material, the matrix asphalt and the filling oil into an asphalt heating tank, and stirring for 20-30min at the heating temperature of 220 ℃ and 250 ℃ to obtain a color rubber asphalt finished product; the invention has the advantages that the waste rubber products are recycled and modified, the strength of the waste rubber is greatly improved, and the strength of the color rubber pavement material is improved. |
