abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a low dielectric and low thermal conductivity benzocyclobutene side group cross-linked self-possessing microporous polyimide film. First, the imide-containing diamine monomer C is synthesized, then mixed with the benzocyclobutene diamine monomer D, and polymerized under the action of the originating agent to obtain a polyimide containing benzocyclobutene active side groups Amine powder. After purification and drying, it is dissolved in a polar solvent to form a 1-30 wt.% polymer solution, which is uniformly coated on a flat glass plate; then, dried in an inert gas oven or a vacuum oven to remove the solvent , and then heat-curing and cross-linking is performed in a temperature-programmed manner to form a 5-150-micron-thick benzocyclobutene side-group cross-linked self-possessing microporous polyimide film. The cross-linked self-possessing microporous polyimide molecular chain provided by the present invention contains a Chaogel base structure, and the prepared film has the performance characteristics of low dielectric constant and low thermal conductivity, and has mechanical properties and thermal stability. Excellent, good dimensional stability, has broad application prospects in the field of high-frequency circuit boards and thermal insulation materials. |
