The silicon-fluorene-containing aromatic amine compound of the present invention has the characteristics of strong electron donating ability, high hole mobility, high glass transition temperature, high thermal stability and difficult to crystallize when heated and cooled. After the cover layer or hole transport layer of the OLED device is applied to the compound of the present invention, the light extraction efficiency, lifespan and luminous efficiency of the OLED device can be effectively improved, and the problems of low refractive index, low glass transition temperature and thermal stability in existing materials can be solved.
