The present invention provides a preparation method of (R)-3-aminobutanol, specifically, comprising the steps of: performing a reduction reaction with a reducing agent and (R)-3-aminobutyric acid, and then obtaining (R)-aminobutyric acid by post-processing 3-aminobutanol, wherein the reducing agent is zinc borohydride. The method of the invention significantly reduces the risk of the reduction reaction, makes the process safer and more controllable, and is easy to realize large-scale production. |
