abstract |
The invention provides a DNA nano device based on DNA origami and aC5a aptamer and a preparation method and application thereof. The DNA nano device is constructed by hybridizing rectangular DNA origami and aC5a aptamer. The DNA nanodevice based on the DNA origami and the aC5a aptamer is constructed to have controllable pharmacokinetic characteristics, ROS is eliminated in the I/R-stage one aiming at oxidative stress injury by utilizing the long retention time of aC5 a-rDNA in the kidney, and then inflammatory injury is effectively reduced in the I/R-stage two, so that multi-stage continuous combined treatment and sequential protection of AKI are realized. |
