abstract The invention provides a construction method and application of an astragalus seed chlorophyll content determination model, and belongs to the technical field of agriculture. The method extracts the color indexes of astragalus seeds with different known chlorophyll contents; takes the color indexes as independent variables and the chlorophyll content as the dependent variable, establishes a multiple linear regression equation of the training set, and constructs a model for measuring the chlorophyll content of astragalus seeds. The determination model obtained by the construction method of the present invention can be used for the detection of chlorophyll content in astragalus seeds, the detection R 2 is about 0.98, the detection accuracy is high, the limitation of chemical reagents is eliminated, and the detection is convenient, fast, non-destructive and low in cost.
