abstract The invention relates to the technical field of dust-free workshops, in particular to a dust-proof process for dust-free workshop construction, which comprises the following steps: s1, weighing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 75-85 parts of epoxy resin, 15-17 parts of bentonite, 15-17 parts of polyether ester amide, 12-15 parts of curing agent, 10-12 parts of wetting agent, 7-9 parts of dispersing agent and 5-7 parts of coupling agent; s2, putting the raw materials weighed in the S1 into a double-screw extruder together for mixing to prepare a molten mixture; and S3, uniformly spraying the molten mixture on the base surface of the dust-free workshop, spraying the molten mixture back and forth for 3-5 times, and forming a layer of dustproof mulching film after the molten mixture is solidified. The invention can effectively reduce the surface resistance of the ground of the dust-free workshop, thereby improving the antistatic capability of the dust-free workshop.
