abstract |
The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials, and discloses a self-healing acrylate resin and a preparation method and application thereof. In the present invention, acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate is introduced into the acrylate copolymer system through a free radical copolymerization reaction, and the chemical structure is 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl disulfide as a cross-linking agent, using Ketoamine reaction to introduce self-healing dynamic disulfide bonds into acrylate copolymer systems. Self-healing emulsion acrylate resin with good water resistance and stable storage for more than 6 months was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization. The environment-friendly self-healing water-based paint is prepared by using the above emulsion as a film-forming substance and compounding with various pigments, fillers and auxiliary agents. The acrylate resin coating prepared by the above method has a good scratch repair effect under the condition of moderate temperature (>80°C) thermal stimulation. |
