The invention discloses an aviation impact-resistant fiber-metal hybrid structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The method uses metal surface etching combined with resin spraying process to obtain a firm and thin interface layer of metal and resin-based fiber composite materials, which not only makes resin and metal surface fully contact and wet, but also makes the thickness of the interface layer uniform, thin and high strength. Compared with the existing methods such as film+mechanical grinding, spraying+mechanical grinding, and spraying+anodizing, the fiber-metal hybrid structure manufactured by this method has the interfacial bonding force of the hybrid structure prepared by the spraying+surface etching process reaching 59.5MPa. It has the best resistance to delamination; under the impact of 60J energy, the samples with the same structure prepared by this method have the least amount of deformation and the most complete structure, which proves that this method has high impact resistance. |
