A rapid identification method for the fruiting rate of Morchella (Morchella spp.) comprises the following steps: detecting a strain bar code, preparing a strain, preparing a fruiting matrix A, preparing a fruiting matrix B, inoculating, culturing hyphae, inducing primordium and the like. The technology breaks through the current season and temperature limitation of conventional breeding of morel, shortens the breeding period, reduces the breeding cost, reduces the strain purchasing cost and purchasing blindness of morel introduction enterprises and individuals, and provides a convenient, easy-to-operate and quick detection method for morel breeding workers and practitioners; meanwhile, the method has certain reference significance for industrial practice of the morchella esculenta. |
