titleOfInvention Microfluidic biochip for rapid detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigen and IgG/IgM antibodies
abstract The invention discloses a microfluidic biochip for rapid detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigen and IgG/IgM antibody and a preparation method of the chip. The biochip consists of a GOQDs functionalized substrate with a detection barcode array, a capture antibody/ Antigen array micro-printed PDMS layer and accurate quantitative sample detection PDMS layer are used for high-throughput, rapid, sensitive, and simultaneous quantitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 antigen protein and IgG/IgM antibody in serum. The application of this chip not only helps for the rapid diagnosis of COVID-19 patients, and provides a valuable screening route for infected persons, drug therapy and vaccine recipients.
