The volume change of the temperature-sensitive polymer is triggered by the change of the temperature, so that the distance between the gold sphere nanoparticles and the gold shell nanoparticles is changed, and further the SERS signal of the 4-ATP modified on the surfaces of the gold sphere nanoparticles is changed.
