titleOfInvention | A circRNA related to sheep skeletal muscle development and its application |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of genetic engineering, in particular to a circRNA related to sheep skeletal muscle development and its application. The present invention identifies a circRNA related to skeletal muscle development by sequencing the longissimus dorsi muscle transcriptome at key developmental stages of sheep, and explores its function. Experiments verify that the circRNA is closely related to the proliferation of sheep skeletal muscle satellite cells. After silencing the circRNA , the proliferation efficiency of sheep skeletal muscle satellite cells was significantly improved. The circRNA provided by the invention can effectively regulate the proliferation and differentiation of skeletal muscle satellite cells, and provide scientific basis and technical support for molecular breeding and variety improvement to improve sheep meat production performance. |
