titleOfInvention A kind of compound polymerization inhibitor and its application in styrene rectification process
abstract The invention relates to a compound polymerization inhibitor and its application in a styrene rectification process. The polymerization inhibitor includes, based on the total mass of the polymerization inhibitor, nitroxyl radical compounds with a mass percentage of 4% to 10%; quinone methyl compounds with a mass percentage of 5% to 15%; and a mass percentage of 1 % to 5% of hydroxylamine compounds; 70% to 90% of ether compounds by mass percentage, the ether compounds have a boiling point of 200° C. or more and a viscosity of 10 cp (20° C.) or less. The polymerization inhibitor according to the invention has the advantages of good polymerization inhibition effect, low kinematic viscosity, low toxicity, convenient storage and transportation, good solubility in the styrene rectification process, and can effectively improve the styrene distillation process. It can improve the distillation yield, reduce the viscosity of the discharged tar, prevent the blockage of the tar pipeline, and is more suitable for industrial production requirements.
