The thermally conductive resin sheet of the present invention has a thermal conductivity of 7 W/m·K or more, a 30% compressive strength of 1500 kPa or less, and a rate of change of 30% compressive strength after a heat resistance test heated at 150° C. for 1000 hours of 30% or less. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a thermally conductive resin sheet excellent in long-term physical property stability such as thermal conductivity, flexibility, and non-hardening over time. |
