A system for treating a biological fluid comprising a bioreactor, wherein the bioreactor comprises a window, at least one port for allowing delivery of a processing aid; a control system, a sensor; a transmitter for transmitting a signal; a signal converter; a controller for receiving a signal; and a valve for delivering a processing agent to the port, wherein the sensor senses a process condition, transmits a signal, and compares the signal to a reference signal, and wherein a process action is optionally taken based on the comparison. |
