The invention discloses a biomarker for predicting early diabetes and the occurrence of diabetes, a detection method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of biomedicine. The biomarkers are dihydrosphingosine (dhSph) and 1-dihydrosphingosine phosphate (dhS1P) in serum, and high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) detects dhS1P in serum samples of subjects and dhSph levels, and calculate the dhS1P/dhSph ratio; among them, the levels of dhS1P and dhS1P/dhSph ratio in serum samples are positively correlated with the increased risk of diabetes; the combination includes age, body mass index, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipid Traditional diabetes risk factors including protein cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose, 2-h postprandial blood glucose, insulin resistance index and systolic blood pressure were used to predict early diabetes and had high predictive value. |
