abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of an electrode membrane and a solid electrolyte-based electrochemical formaldehyde sensor, wherein the sensor comprises a waterproof breathable film, a plastic upper cover, a supporting sheet, the electrode membrane, an electrode metal lead and a shell; the electrode diaphragm and the support sheet are sequentially arranged between the shell and the plastic upper cover, the shell is provided with an air inlet, the waterproof breathable film is arranged outside the air inlet, and the electrode metal leads are arranged on two sides of the electrode diaphragm; the electrode membrane comprises a solid electrolyte and an electrode membrane layer, and the solid electrolyte comprises a support membrane and an electrolyte solution. The electrochemical formaldehyde sensor has the advantages of reasonable structure and small size, increases the mechanical strength and the dimensional stability of the electrode diaphragm by adopting the polymer solid electrolyte material to manufacture the electrode diaphragm, and has the characteristics of low cost, no leakage of liquid, long service life, quick response, high detection precision and the like, and the practicability is high. |
