titleOfInvention Method for testing high-temperature dispersibility of leveling agent for disperse dye
abstract The invention relates to a method for testing high-temperature dispersibility of a leveling agent for disperse dyes, which comprises the following steps: heating the prepared dye solution to 130 ℃ at the speed of 2.0-4.0 ℃/min, preserving the heat for 30 min, cooling to 80-90 ℃ at the speed of 2.0-4.0 ℃/min, and preparing for filtration; putting 50mm multiplied by 0.6 μm glass fiber filter paper between the sand core filter and the cylindrical glass funnel; closing the emptying valve, starting the vacuum pump, opening the control valve, and pouring the dye liquor into a cylindrical glass funnel for suction filtration; opening an evacuation valve, closing a vacuum pump, and taking out the filtered glass fiber filter paper; after the dye on the glass fiber filter paper is fully dissolved by 100mL of organic solvent, an ultraviolet spectrophotometer is used for testing, and the high-temperature dispersibility is quantitatively analyzed according to the magnitude of the absorbance value. The method for testing the high-temperature dispersibility of the leveling agent can be used for carrying out quantitative analysis on the dispersibility, and is good in repeatability and high in accuracy.
