titleOfInvention Utilizing sodium silicate to enhance UV/homogeneous Fenton system flue gas denitrification method
abstract The invention relates to a flue gas denitration method for strengthening UV/homogeneous Fenton system by utilizing sodium silicate. Under the condition of ultraviolet light activation, the flue gas passing through the electrostatic precipitator is passed into the Fenton-type solution strengthened by the stabilizer Na 2 SiO 3 , and the hydroxyl radicals and superoxide radicals generated in the reaction process are used to complete the removal of NO in the flue gas. The oxidation absorption of Na 2 SiO 3 as the stabilizer of H 2 O 2 can also reduce the ineffective decomposition of H 2 O 2 . Finally, NO is converted into HNO 2 , HNO 3 . The reacted solution is filtered, ammonia water is added to the filtered solution to make agricultural fertilizers such as ammonium nitrate, and the filtered precipitate is calcined at high temperature and converted into metal oxides. In the limited gas-liquid contact time, the invention not only greatly improves the denitration efficiency, but also improves the utilization rate of the oxidant H 2 O 2 and reduces the denitration cost. At the same time, the colloidal property of Na 2 SiO 3 is used to reduce the difficulty of processing transition metal ions, and has a good industrial application prospect.
