The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting staphylococcus aureus in milk. The method utilizes the principle that the protein A on the surface of the staphylococcus aureus can be specifically combined with the Fc fragment of IgG, and combines a thiazole blue (MTT) staining method to quickly identify the staphylococcus aureus in the milk sample. IgG was first cross-linked to agarose microspheres and then co-incubated with milk. After a short culture to expand the number of bacteria, the MTT method was used for color development. If the MTT turns purple, the sample is suggested to contain Staphylococcus aureus. The method has the advantages of simple operation, strong detection specificity, high detection sensitivity, and minimum detection limit medium for Staphylococcus aureusAt 50CFU/mL milk and 5X 10 2 Between CFU/mL milk, the detection takes a short time (about 12h), and expensive instrument equipment is not needed. The technical method has potential application value for clinically and rapidly diagnosing the staphylococcus aureus mastitis of the dairy cows. |
