abstract The invention relates to a thin-layer identification method of a minor radix bupleuri preparation, belonging to the technical field of detection of traditional Chinese medicine preparations. The identification method comprises the following steps: preparing a test sample: dissolving a bupleurum tenue preparation sample in water, loading the sample to a C18 solid phase extraction column, and extracting to obtain a sample solution for later use; preparation of a reference substance: respectively taking Glycyrrhrizae radix, Scutellariae radix, Ginseng radix and bupleuri radix control medicinal materials, adding water as solvent for extraction, loading the extractive solution onto C18 solid phase extraction column, and extracting to obtain control medicinal material solution; thin layer spreading: respectively sucking the test solution and the reference solution, dropping on a silica gel thin layer plate, and developing with a developing agent; color development inspection: and (3) drying the thin-layer plate, developing and inspecting, and comparing and identifying the spots of the test product and the spots of the reference medicinal material. The method adopts one plate and multiple measurement method to perform thin-layer identification on Scutellariae radix, Glycyrrhrizae radix, Ginseng radix and bupleuri radix in the granule, has good reproducibility, and can be used as identification method of the variety.
