The invention relates to a system and method for purifying helium 3 on the lunar surface. The system utilizes low-temperature refrigeration means and adopts a combination of a two-stage Stirling refrigerator and a J-T throttling refrigerator. The helium mixed gas obtained after the pretreatment of the soil is used for the liquefaction and separation of hydrogen, which also provides the required low-temperature environment for the isotope separation of helium. Using the superfluidity characteristic of superfluid helium 4 with zero viscosity, the superfluid helium is separated by capillary action or centrifugal force. 4 and liquid helium 3 are separated, the purification of liquid helium 3 is realized, and the separated superfluid helium 4 is used reasonably, and a part of superfluid helium 4 is used to provide heat preservation for the storage of liquid helium 3, and another part of superfluid helium 4 is used for heat preservation. 4 is used to provide pre-cooling for the pre-cooling system. |
