titleOfInvention A kind of boron phosphate ceramic material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a boron phosphate ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme is as follows: mixing ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and boron oxide to obtain a mixture I; ball-milling, drying, and machine-pressing the mixture I, keeping the temperature at 350-750 DEG C, and crushing to obtain boron phosphate powder. Mix magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, bismuth oxide and gadolinium oxide to obtain mixture II; then mix ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and boron oxide according to different mass ratios to obtain mixture III; after mixing mixture II and mixture III It is then mixed with boron phosphate powder, ball-milled and dried to obtain zirconium phosphate ceramic powder. The zirconium phosphate ceramic powder is machine-pressed, processed by cold isostatic pressing, and kept for 2 to 5 hours under the conditions of air atmosphere, normal pressure and 900-1200 DEG C to prepare boron phosphate ceramic material. The method has the advantages of simple process, short production period and environmental friendliness, and the prepared boron phosphate ceramic material has high compressive/bending strength, good thermal expansion performance and excellent neutron shielding performance.
