titleOfInvention A kind of heterojunction visible light catalyst of metal oxide and halide perovskite quantum dots, preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a heterojunction visible light catalyst of metal oxide SnO 2 and halide perovskite quantum dot Cs 3 Bi 2 I 9 , comprising the following steps: (1) preparing tin tetrachloride pentahydrate solution and sodium hydroxide solution, drop the sodium hydroxide solution into the tin tetrachloride pentahydrate solution and stir, add dropwise absolute ethanol to stir and heat the reaction, then wash, dry and grind; (2) mix cesium iodide and bismuth iodide Add N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain a precursor solution by ultrasonication; then the solution is added to toluene to react, followed by centrifugation, drying, and grinding; (3) two powders are added to isopropanol liquid and ultrasonicated, followed by After stirring and centrifuging, drying and grinding, the heterojunction visible photocatalyst was prepared. The method for preparing the heterojunction photocatalyst is simple in operation, mild in reaction conditions, low in equipment requirements, and does not require complex synthesis devices. The catalyst is applied in the degradation of nitrogen oxides and can significantly improve the removal efficiency of nitrogen oxides.
