titleOfInvention Method and device for recycling ammonium adipate waste liquid based on high temperature bipolar membrane electrodialysis
abstract The invention provides a method and a device for recycling ammonium adipate waste liquid based on high temperature bipolar membrane electrodialysis. chamber solution. The crystalline solid of adipic acid and pure water were mixed and heated to 50-90°C and stirred to dissolve completely, which was used as the alkali chamber solution of bipolar membrane electrodialyzer. The acid chamber and the alkali chamber solution are passed into the bipolar membrane electrodialysis membrane stack, acidified to obtain an adipic acid solution, and alkalized to obtain an ammonium adipate solution. After the bipolar membrane electrodialysis reaction is completed, the acidified feed liquid is released, and after cooling and crystallization, the solid-liquid separation to obtain clean adipic acid crystals is directly reused, and the liquid is discharged or processed later. The alkalized alkali chamber solution is a recycled clean ammonium adipate solution. The method has the advantages of simple process, energy saving and reduced recovery cost.
