The nano-formulation comprises nano-micelles, anti-tumor drugs and immunomodulators encapsulated in the nano-micelles, and the nano-micelles are composed of TfR-T12 -PEG-PLGA and TATH7-PEG-PLGA are self-assembled; the TfR-T12-PEG-PLGA is obtained by condensation reaction between the amino group in the TfR-T12 short peptide and the carboxyl group in the PEG-PLGA; the TATH7-PEG ‑PLGA is obtained by the condensation reaction between the amino group in TATH7 short peptide and the carboxyl group in PEG‑PLGA. As a drug carrier, the nanomicelles can simultaneously deliver antitumor drugs such as paclitaxel and immunomodulators such as migimazole, so that they can smoothly cross the blood-brain barrier, achieve targeted drug delivery, and regulate the immunosuppressive phenomenon in the tumor microenvironment. |
