titleOfInvention Perovskite quantum dots, preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses perovskite quantum dots and a preparation method and application thereof. The method includes: (1) mixing a microporous material with a halide solution and drying; (2) preparing a perovskite quantum dot precursor; (3) ) mixing the perovskite quantum dot precursor with the halide-treated microporous material to obtain a mixed material; (4) heating the mixed material to T1, where T1 is not lower than the melting temperature of the perovskite quantum dot precursor and lower than the collapse temperature of the microporous material; (5) heating the mixed material to T2, which is not lower than the collapse temperature of the microporous material. The quantum dots prepared by the method of the invention are stable in water-oxygen environment and light environment; the quantum yield is greater than 90%; the quantum dot deposition and pore closing are carried out step by step, and the product performance is controllable. In addition, the method has simple reaction conditions, no toxic solvent, environmental protection, low cost, easy enlargement of yield and uniform quality.
