abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a double perovskite type spintronics material Sr2FeReO6, which comprises the first step of dissolving raw materials of strontium carbonate, ferric nitrate nonahydrate and rhenium heptoxide in dilute nitric acid, adding a complexing agent and a dispersing agent, and stirring to form sol; heating and stirring the sol at 60-80 ℃ until gel is formed, and drying at 100-300 ℃ to prepare xerogel; and grinding the xerogel for 5-20 minutes, pressing the xerogel into a sheet by using the pressure of 5-15 MPa, putting the sheet into a corundum crucible, sintering the corundum crucible in a tubular furnace at the temperature of 1000-1100 ℃ for 24 hours in the argon atmosphere, cooling the corundum crucible to room temperature, grinding the sheet, and sintering the sheet for 24 hours in the argon atmosphere at the temperature of 1000-1100 ℃ to obtain the double perovskite type spintronic material Sr2FeReO 6. |
